Defining Crisis Communications...

What do you think the definition of Crisis Communications is?

I think crisis communication is a communcation system in which organizations involved in communications and crisis management report about a crisis and inform the public to take drastic measures for a future crisis.

I think Crisis Communications is communicating to the public when there is a crisis. Duh!

Crisis communications deals with having a plan in the event of a crisis; whether the crisis is an office scandal or natural disaster it is in a companies best interest to have a prepared plan of action.

I think that crisis communications is the way a company or organization deals with a crisis in front of the public and the media. It is a plan set up to reduce the negitive impact of a crisis and future crisis'
