How This Works

The Bolstering Posture because it allows the organization to tell the media about good works in the past, allows the company to acknowledges stakeholders, and allows the organization to explain it became a victim to a crisis.
I would agree that the Bolstering Posture would be best because you can still make yourself look better to the public and it allows you to explain how the company/organization was also a victim in the crisis.
