1. Serial Reporduction Problem: the more people a message passes through before reaching the finish line, the greater the message will be distorted. To avoid the problem, send email to CMT members before they carry out the plan.
2. Message overload: people are given more information than they can competently manage: danger: if information becomes to overwhelming it blocks the communication process, instead of helping. To avoid the problem, provide information that has credibility to a crisis.
